I am Alan Edwards FCIOB and FAPM, I have spent my working lifetime in the construction industry most of it project managing projects for other people,specifically clients, consultants and contractors.

I have been investing in property for 4 decades and more recently have become a more sophisticated investor having undertaken training under Simon Zutshi´s property mastermind.

I have also joined the Assets For Life family and Inner Circle with Liam Ryan, Jay Munos and their team of excellent mentors and partners.

I also participate in Jack Dawhra´s Property Entrepreneurs Network, and am the Hampshire representative for that group.
